Vegetable Soup Recipe

If it’s cold and you starting to feel sick, do you ever crave for a soup that refuels your energy because of its nutrient filled ingredients? Well, check this vegetable soup that is easy to make to satisfy your cravings and refuel your body’s needs.

Here are the ingredients and recipe of a Vegetable soup.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can 400g (depending on desired amount) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can 400g (depending on desired amount) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can 400g (depending on desired amount)  red kidney, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can 400g (depending on desired amount) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can 400g (depending on desired amount) Corn, rinsed and drained
  • 1 48 oz. can (depending on desired amount) Chicken Broth
  • 1 package of frozen winter vegetable mix
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Procedure:

STEP 1: Boil Chicken broth in a pot at medium heat and put the vegetable mix then simmer. 

STEP 2: Add all the other canned ingredients with the oregano, salt and pepper to taste and simmer for at least 10 minutes until completely done.

STEP 3: Serve and Enjoy your vegetable Soup.
