If you are a vegan and you want an easy to make recipe that you can eat at any time of the day? Or perhaps, you want to impress your vegan friends to keep up with their healthy lifestyle? Well, Trader Joe’s Stir fry is that meal. With that said, here are the Ingredients and Procedure to make an easy 10 minute or less Trader Joe’s stir fry
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 bag Trader Joe’s Stir-Fry Vegetables
- 2 tablespoons Trader Joe’s Soyaki sauce
- 1 package Trader Joe’s frozen Organic Brown Rice
- 1 package Trader Joe’s Sriracha Baked Tofu, pressed and cubed
- pinch of sesame seeds, for serving
STEP 1: Over medium-high heat, Heat coconut oil in a skillet.
STEP 2: Add frozen vegetables. Cook for about 7-8 minutes. Then add salt, pepper and garlic and stir.
STEP 3: When vegetables are cooked, add Sriracha Baked tofu and Soyaki sauce to pan, stir until tofu is done and remove from heat. In the meantime, heat up rice according to package instructions.
STEP 4: Serve the tofu-vegetable mixture over rice and add a little bit of sesame seeds or additional sauce to top it up with.
