Ever want a refreshing, nourishing and healthy yet delicious smoothies or juices to drink? Here are some of our Top Recommended that I would like to share with you.

Green Juice 

A juice is not a meal substitute, but it is something to add in your diet as it packs fruits and vegetables which means more nutrients to your body. So if you don’t eat enough of it, you can substitute to a healthier tasty juices to drink while you’re eating your snack.

Ingredients: 

• Kale
Cucumber
Celery
Lemon
Ginger
Apples

Procedure:

STEP 1: Wash and prepare your ingredients

STEP 2: Juice them in a juicer.
